In this exciting role, you'll gain hands-on experience in building and deploying marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals, develop your marketing skills, and contribute to impactful projects. While you'll have the chance to focus on these key areas outlined below, you'll also embrace the dynamic nature of startup life by tackling miscellaneous projects that arise.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete PR Training Course, Implement Strategies, and Document Procedures for quarterly PR outreach
Manage LinkedIn ad campaigns.
Manage creation of Marketing Assets by working with chat GPT or a graphic designer as needed.
Attend and assist in photo shoots.
Support PR outreach campaigns.
Utilize AI models to draft copy for web and social media posts.

Currently in your Senior year (working towards Bachelors Degree in Business, preferably Marketing or Entrepreneurship)
3 outstanding professional or faculty references
Proficient, or a fast study, in Canva, Google Suite, Hubspot, Apollo, TextDrive, Cleverly
Ability to complete background checks
Our relationships range from innovative celebrity-backed startups to established L’Oreal brands, so discretion is required. You must sign an NDA, as you will have product launch knowledge before the rest of the market.

Part time 5-10 hrs/week
Mostly in-person, with remote flexibility on some projects.
$16.50-$20/hour based on experience

Manage CEO’s email and calendar
Process Quotes and Proposals for Sales per the defined process
Managing office systems, arranging repairs, and ordering office supplies.
Manage Warehouse Inventory
Organize and maintain Verity shared online drives for accuracy, relevance, efficiency, and ease of use
Maintain office supply stock and order supplies as needed for all departments
Responsible for answering incoming Verity main phone line and fielding Verity info@ email inbox
This position reports directly to VERITY CEO

High school diploma. BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
At least 2 years of experience as a successful administrator, office manager, or position with similar skill set
Passion for the environment and sustainability
An optimistic attitude and commitment to honesty, discretion, and improvement
Business experience in a small company
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and time sensitive office environment
Highly skilled in prioritizing, organizing, attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
Excellent critical thinking and independent judgment to perform administrative and advanced clerical duties
Strong technical aptitude for learning new systems, web-based platforms, and product knowledge
Ability to effectively research and resourcefully solve problems
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities (verbal and written skills)
Self-motivated, working with little supervision
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Comfortable with basic accounting principles and budgeting
High-level proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). Google suite is a plus
